Mix the finely crushed Cornflakes, Quality Chicken/Fish Masala and Corn Flour.
Beat the Egg and keep ready in a bowl.
Mix marinating ingredients, coat and marinate the Chicken/Fish pieces.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. If you are not in a hurry, refrigerate overnight.
Add 1 tsp corn flour into this Marinate and mix well.
Take one piece (remember it is lightly coated in corn flour) dip in egg, then coat in crust crumbs. Keep aside.
Dip pieces once again in egg and coat in crust crumbs again, double coating the pieces as this gives it a crunchy, crust, shell.
Your healthy, yummy nuggets are ready for baking/frying.
Bake nuggets to lined baking sheet at 375?F for 15 min /or immediately or store in a container and refrigerate for later use.
