- Button mushroom, Cut into small pieces : 400 - 500 grm
- Onion, sliced : 1 large
- Capsicum, chopped : 1
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves : 2-3 sprigs
- Lime juice : 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder : 2 tbsp
- Fennel seeds : 2 tsp
- Coriander powder : 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
- Garam masala : 1 tsp
- Salt : To taste
- Coconut Oil : As needed
- Heat oil in a pan and add fennel seeds. Saute for a few seconds.
- Add sliced onion, curry leaves, green chillies and saute for 8-10 minutes. Onions will start to become translucent.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for around a minute. Throw in the chopped mushrooms, spices, salt and mix well.
- Cook the mushrooms for 10-12 minutes or till the mushrooms are nicely cooked and almost dry.
- Keep on stirring. Once mushrooms are cooked, switch off the gas.
- Add lime juice and coriander leaves to the mushrooms and mix well.
- Serve hot!
