- Dried Ginger : 1 inch
- Coffee Powder : 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Corn : 1/2 tsp
- Tulsi leaves : 5-6
- Panam chakkara or Karippetti : 1 tbsp
- Water : 3 glass
- Crush the dried ginger well
- Grind the peppercorns coarsely
- Heat some water in a saucepan and bring the water to a slow boil
- Mix the dried ginger, peppercorns and tulsi leaves together and add them to the boiling water
- add the coffee powder
- Add Panam Chakkara / Karippetti to your needs.
- Wait for two minutes
- Turn off the flame and strain the tea in the saucepan
- Serve hot.
