  • Ground beef : 250 gms
  • Medium Onion (blended into paste) : 1
  • Ground black pepper : 1 Teaspoon
  • Cinnamon : ½ Teaspoon
  • Garlic paste : 1 Teaspoon
  • Quality Meat Masala :
  • Quality Turmeric Powder : ½ Tablespoon
  • Quality Kashmiri Chili Powder : 1 Teaspoon (or according to taste)
  • Salt : as per taste
  • Olive/vegetable oil : 1 Tablespoon or as necessary
  • Tomato sauce/Tomato paste : 1 Tablespoon
  • Fried Cashew bits : 12 to 15 pieces (optional)
  • Water :
  • Mix the Tomato Sauce/Paste in half cup of water.

  • Keep aside this watered Tomato Sauce/Paste and Oil

  • Mix the ground Beef in a bowl with other ingredients and knead thoroughly.

  • Coat the bottom of a pan using one tablespoon olive oil.

  • Spread the beef mixture in the pan using a spatula or just your hands, patting lightly.

  • Using a spatula, divide the mixture in the pan into strips.

  • Insert the roasted Cashew bits randomly.

  • Add the oil, spreading it all over.

  • Place the pan on medium heat and cover with a lid.

  • Let it simmer

  • When the meat starts releasing juice add the Tomato Sauce/Paste mixed in water and cover for a few minutes.

  • Uncover and let the juices evaporate.

  • Meanwhile, flip the kebabs using a spatula and let the other side brown, too.

  • Plate with diced vegetables like Tomatoes, Cucumber, Lettuce Leaves etc.

  • Serve with Rotis, White or Saffron rice or enjoy like a snack.
