MAKING THE ROLLS

  • Take a  Roti and spread about ¼ cup (or as desired) of sauted filling length wise, spread the chopped raw Tomatoes, leaving about 3-4 centimeters of space at one end and fold this in to hold the vegetables.
  • You may fold both the sides as above for packing in lunch box etc.
  • Lightly brush the oil both sides of this wrap.
  • Heat the skillet over medium heat. Place the Rolls over skillet and lightly brown both sides till nice and crispy.
  • Serve with Tomato Sauce, Ketchup, Tamarind or any other Chutney of your choice.

TO MAKE CHEESY ROLLS: Grate the Cheese cubes and sprinkle as desired on the filling above. Do not add raw Tomato to enjoy the cheesy flavor.

SERVING TIPS: You may also mix in any left-over dishes like Dry Chicken Curry,  (heat before mixing), little bit of Egg Bhurji etc. Garnish the filling with Celery  or Coriander leaves.  It’s a mix and match recipe.
