Mix of Chickpea (Kadla) and Rice Flours (50/50)

Quality Garam Masala

1 Teaspoon.

Quality Turmeric Powder

½ Teaspoon

Quality Chili/Kashmiri Chili Powder

½ Teaspoon (or as required)

Asafoetida

1 Pinch

  • Leftover extra rice : 1 or 2 Cups
  • Onion : 1 (Medium-large)Thinly sliced
  • .Coriander Leaves : Chopped 1 Sprig
  • Mix of Chickpea (Kadla) and Rice Flours (50/50) : ½ Cup
  • Quality Garam Masala : 1 Teaspoon.
  • Quality Turmeric Powder : ½ Teaspoon
  • Quality Chili/Kashmiri Chili Powder : ½ Teaspoon (or as required)
  • Asafoetida : 1 Pinch
  • Salt : To taste.
  • Mix the Kadla and Rice Flour
  • Add the Masala, Turmeric & Chili Powders, Asafoetida and Salt to the flour and mix well.
  • Add Rice and sliced Onion and mix again.
  • Add little water, just enough to hold the mix together.
  • Make small balls of the mix.
  • Fry and serve hot with Sauce or Chutney.
  • Ideal to serve at tea time also.
