  • Dried Ginger : 1 inch
  • Coffee Powder : 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Corn : 1/2 tsp
  • Tulsi leaves : 5-6
  • Panam chakkara or Karippetti : 1 tbsp
  • Water : 3 glass
  • Crush the dried ginger well
  • Grind the peppercorns coarsely 
  • Heat some water in a saucepan and bring the water to a slow boil
  • Mix the dried ginger, peppercorns and tulsi leaves together and add them to the boiling water
  • add the coffee powder
  • Add Panam Chakkara / Karippetti to your needs.
  • Wait for two minutes
  • Turn off the flame and strain the tea in the saucepan 
  • Serve hot.
