3 cups of the Cornflakes - Finely Crushed

  • To Marinate :
  • Boneless Chicken/Fish (skinless pieces) : 500 gms
  • Garlic, grated : 3 Cloves
  • Quality Chicken/Fish Masala : 1 teaspoon.
  • Quality Chili powder : 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Quality Turmeric powder : 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Corn Flour : 1 Teaspoon
  • Juice of half lime :
  • Salt : To Taste
  • For the Crust :
  • 3 cups of the Cornflakes - Finely Crushed : 1 cup
  • Egg (Beaten) : 1
  • Corn Flour : 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Quality Chicken/Fish Masala : 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Mix the finely crushed Cornflakes, Quality Chicken/Fish Masala and Corn Flour.

  • Beat the Egg and keep ready in a bowl.

  • Mix marinating ingredients, coat and marinate the Chicken/Fish pieces.

  • Refrigerate for 1 hour. If you are not in a hurry, refrigerate overnight.

  • Add 1 tsp corn flour into this Marinate and mix well.

  • Take one piece (remember it is lightly coated in corn flour) dip in egg, then coat in crust crumbs. Keep aside.

  • Dip pieces once again in egg and coat in crust crumbs again, double coating the pieces as this gives it a crunchy, crust, shell.

  • Your healthy, yummy nuggets are ready for baking/frying.

  • Bake nuggets to lined baking sheet at 375?F for 15 min /or immediately or store in a container and refrigerate for later use.
